What's the SS130 Economical Entrance Alert Door Open Chime Kit with Sensor and Receiver
The SS130 comes with a magnetic door/window contact and a plug-in receiver with a small LED light that blinks. Whenever the magnets are separated by the door or window opening, the receiver would be alerted up to 300 feet away.
This is an open door chime alert meaning it is triggered by the opening of a door or window. This system is compatible with multiple receivers, transmitters, or any item in the Safeguard Supply SS series. There are 52 chimes to choose from and 4 different volume settings. The easy installation, waterproof transmitter, and compacted receiver size, make the SS130 a tough system to beat!
This kit works when a door or window is opened. If you are trying to get an entry alert chime sound for a door that might stay open, we would recommend the ERA-PIR-SPK Motion Door Alert. It mounts over the doorway and when motion is detected it triggers the door chime alert sound.

This works great. It is only for doors that open/close to activate. Needs motion sensor accessory for doors that stay open. Has lots of ringtones and a "Hello, Welcome" ringtone which I like.

works well, is easy to setup and has multiple door options as well as multiple chime tones so it's easy to discern which door has been opened. All tones are pleasant as opposed to others that have a very obnoxious siren.
